Seals & Honeycomb segments

ASP is dedicated to repairing components assembled with a honeycomb seal structure. Our current technology enables us to perform the replacement of honeycombs according to the OEM ESM, removing the worn sealing surface. Also, performing welding repairs of the backing strip base materials as needed. We provide a solution for the brazing of the new honeycomb structure in a vacuum oven, as well as the dimensional restoration/final machining of the sealing surface with non-conventional machining.
